By focusing the Home Page’s narrative to that of donor relations – while still prioritizing social interaction and Center activities – the Weingart Center now, in addition to a leaner and more user-friendly website, has a more potent development tool at their disposal. And with the power of WordPress, their communications staff can now easily and quicklymodify and moderate the website’s content – without heavy reliance on website professionals.

 

JWCH Institute

This is a multi-site website: it is a mini network, which will offer it’s Spanish language version to the public soon — all managed through a single dashboard (control panel). In addition to bilingual content, the site has two password-protected sections (for Board and Staff use only), social media feeds, news weblog, employment board, and a clinic locator (which uses Google Maps technology).

njteea-recent-workThe New Jersey Technology and Engineering Educators Association content managed (CMS) website takes advantage of WordPress’s user-friendly dashboard — which is very important since the website is maintained by volunteers. The site offers both free (unprotected) content and premium content for its paid members. Membership is managed online via the s2Member plugin, which grants new registrants access once membership has been approved. In addition to password-protected content, the site streams social media feeds alongside it’s weblog.
