ROSE CDC offers neighborhood-based solutions to deeply entrenched social problems by building housing and community. ROSE is an asset-based community development organization. This means they build on their community’s existing strengths and assets.

The Medical Outreach Clinic of Summerville, Inc. is a non-profit corporation established to provide basic medical care for persons who are uninsured and living at or below 200% of the federally declared poverty level. Through community awareness and community involvement, the Medical Outreach Clinic also provides information and serves as a referral service for those in need.
Rose Haven serves women and children experiencing the trauma of abuse, loss of home and other disruptive life challenges. Rose Haven’s mission is to maintain a safe, respectful community while providing our guests with support and services to assist them in regaining stability in their lives.

PACS’s mission is to enrich the lives of children and families through counseling and caring. They provide culturally sensitive and language specific services with expertise in the immigrant and refugee Asian Pacific Islander populations.

Homeless Health Care Los Angeles (HHCLA) is a community-based organization in Los Angeles, which provides a comprehensive program for any person in need of health, mental health, housing, or quality of life services.

Broken No More is an organization formed by families and friends of people with substance use disorder/chemical dependency, who have lived the trauma of addiction with their loved ones, and have seen firsthand the devastating results of the disease of addiction and overdose deaths.

Grief Recovery after Substance Passing is an organization that helps families and friends cope with the loss of a loved one due to substance abuse.
VaHomeschoolers is an independent, non-profit, member-driven, statewide organization. They are committed to providing homeschooling support to our members, as well as accurate information about homeschooling to Virginia’s families, school divisions, legislators and policymakers, the media, and the community at large.
The Campaign for Legal Services is a joint fundraising effort by two of New Hampshire’s civil legal services organizations which provide critical assistance for people who have no where else to turn for help with legal issues affecting their most basic needs.
